My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfy and well-kept with all the amenities, but unfortunately, the AC problem made them dirty and uncomfortable. The staff didn't respond promptly when we requested clean sheets. The weird smell in the room was a downside, as well as the slightly overpriced rates.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, with beds that could comfortably accommodate four people and a fantastic restaurant. The service was exceptional, going out of their way to assist us without being intrusive. The location was stunning, overlooking Santiago, even though it was a bit far outside the city. The dining experience was truly worth it, featuring delicious options in a restaurant-style setting.
